I was born on the East Coast, and though the Right Coast's state of mind was never prevalent in my blood, I have a photographic nitch there. I always noticed there were two types of landscapes in Florida: industrial/suburban development and natural overgrowth taking over vintage developments.
These images are excerpts from my photographic series dealing with the issue of preservation of both vintage architectural developments and natural elements.
With the "threat" of a monsoon day early in August....a friend and I took advantage of the cloudy, cool weather. I just came from a meeting, so I was dressed in heeled boots....nothing can stop me from a good climb!
